crunchy salad and mashed potatoes.

i'm not so into gulai and sambal. i prefer something easy and not messy..this is what i like to eat and i wanted to share with my friends.

Crunchy salad.

Bahab-bahan:

1 hotdog
crisp frizzy salad(i don't think so we can get it at pasar malam..only at tesco or cold storage..Rm3.99 per box)
organic/cherry tomatoes
telur rebus
thousand island

goreng hotdog, potong halus-halus. sebelum goreng tu potong halus2. then bila dah masak campurkan dalam salad yang sudah dihiris halus-halus juga. tomato cherry tu dah kecil., tapi potong lagi kepada empat bahagian..lagi comel dan senang di makan. telur rebus tu slice halus-halus, then mixed altogether in a salad bowl. tuang sos thousand island..then masukkan dalam fridge kalau tanak makan lagi. best served chill.

Mashed potatoes.

Kalau malas boleh guna Mr. Mash...ada jual. lagi instant.

Kalau tidak..rebuskan 2 biji potato..sampai betul2 empuk dan lembut. then lecekkan..campurkan susu sejuk dan sedikit air..sedikit butter dan satu sudu kecil garam. untuk lagi fancy boleh guna garlic butter sebab ada hijau2 kecik2 sikit dalam butter tu. otherwise..butter lurpak or buttercup dah ok. gaul sampai rata. then boleh makan bersama salad. makan macam ni tiap-tiap malam boleh turun berat badan dan lebih slim. (see who's talking..hehehhe!)

Happy New Year 2008

I've started blogging since 2006..this is my second year, replacing my personal diary at home. but actually that wasn't true enough..lots of things i can't type in here..due to recpect to others. this is the only space that i can share 5% of what's happening in my life. the rest? i'll share it with my family and close friends..or just keep it to myself.

i'm turning 28 this year..and am so glad that i'm getting mature enough day by day..year by year. at this age...i've already accomplished several things that i want in life.a stable career, a loving husband and a lovely and adorable child. some of my friends and relatives are still searching for their perfect couple..some are seeking for child..a few had married twice..and lots of situations and only them who knows what's going on with their lives.

syira's a big girl now. at this age of 2 years 2 months.., she's a good kid and now she's practising with the vocabs. means that she can make a few sentence and communication with her is so much easier. i can keep half of my guessing of what's happening to her. she can tell what she's into...what she's doing..what she wants..and lots of lots of lots.... i am so glad..and so proud of her.

yesterday's conversation after fetching her from the daycare really touches my heart...

mama: syira..do you want to stay with mama tok tomorrow?

syira: no, mama..syian mama tok..

mama : kenapa sian kat mama tok, sayang?

syira : tok penat..

mama : tok penat buat apa?

syira : penat jaga syira..

i was taken aback for her answers..such a sweet words from her..at this age..she already knows what sympathy is. last week for 3 days straight i sent her to stay with my mother because she has a fever. first day, my mom said she's behaving and being good. the second day..start being naughty and the third day already calling mama... mama every hour. poor mom..then thursday is the awal muharram public holiday and on friday i was on leave but i still wanted to send her to the nursery so that i can rest. i had a minor operation on wednesday..and the doctor give me a one day rest for friday.
